Welcome to MagicTradeBot ("Service" or "Platform"), a Rust-powered crypto trading automation platform operated by MagicTradeBot ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms you must not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MagicTradeBot. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its use is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of MagicTradeBot is lawful in your location.
• By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may terminate access without notice if we have reason to believe eligibility requirements are not met.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for the Service and to update that information as necessary.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at sales@magictradebot.com of any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party. Each license is issued to a single user or organisation.

MagicTradeBot provides a self-hosted trading automation platform with the following capabilities:

By using MagicTradeBot you agree to:

• Use the Service in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and exchange terms of service in your jurisdiction.
• Refrain from attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the platform binary.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose including but not limited to money laundering, market manipulation, wash trading, or funding of illegal activities.
• Secure your exchange API keys, server credentials, and MagicTradeBot account at all times. Never enable withdrawal permissions on bot API keys.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, our servers, or any connected systems.
• Not resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute access to the platform without our written authorisation.

• License model. MagicTradeBot operates a day-based license extension system. You purchase a fixed number of days — from 7 days to 60 months — with no recurring charges or auto-renewals.
• Crypto-only payments. All payments are processed via NowPayments, our crypto payment gateway. Accepted currencies include Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (ERC20 & TRC20), USDC, and Litecoin.
• Activation. Licenses activate within 3 blockchain confirmations of payment. Your license expiry date is extended immediately upon confirmation.
• Pricing changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only and will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 14 days in advance.
• Refunds. All sales are final. Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• License expiry. Upon license expiry, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier. All configuration, strategies, and trade history are preserved and restored fully upon license renewal.

• All content, source code, trademarks, logos, documentation, and platform features are owned by or licensed to MagicTradeBot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
• Trading strategies, configuration files, and YAML templates you create remain your intellectual property. You grant MagicTradeBot a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you.
• The MagicTradeBot name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without our written permission. See our full Intellectual Property Policy.

• The Service integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges, analytics platforms, and payment processors. These integrations are subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy, or data handling practices of any third-party service. Disruption to a connected exchange or payment processor does not constitute a breach of these Terms by MagicTradeBot.
• By connecting exchange API keys within MagicTradeBot you agree to comply with the terms of service of those exchanges. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the bot complies with exchange rules, including rate limit policies.

Upon termination for cause, we are under no obligation to provide refunds for any unused portion of your license period.

• No warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Trading risks. Market data, signal outputs, and strategy results are not guaranteed. Automated trading involves significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your trading capital.
• Service disruptions. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses arising from outages, software bugs, exchange API failures, network interruptions, or any other cause beyond our control.
• No financial advice. Nothing in MagicTradeBot's platform, documentation, blog, or communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MagicTradeBot and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Any loss of profits, trading capital, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from unauthorised access to your account or API keys where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security
• Any third-party conduct, including exchange failures, payment processor errors, or API unavailability

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MagicTradeBot and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights including exchange terms of service
• Any trading losses or disputes arising from strategies you configure and execute using the platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate account security

Use of the Service is subject to our full Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you must not use MagicTradeBot to:

• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing
• Circumvent exchange rate limits in a manner that violates those exchanges' terms of service
• Conduct any activity that violates securities laws or financial regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Contact us at sales@magictradebot.com to initiate a dispute resolution process.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Send email notification to registered users for significant changes
• Display a notice on the platform for 30 days

Continued use of MagicTradeBot after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms you must stop using the Service.
